Skills are the key to opportunity, yet many in our community are denied access to stable employment due to a lack of professional training. To help close this gap, Compassion Care Training is proud to present our Professional Caregiver Programme—a hands-on initiative dedicated to equipping individuals with essential home-based care and nursing assistant skills to secure roles in private homes, clinics, and residential care facilities.

A Path to Purpose and Impact

This programme goes beyond basic care—it is a movement to empower township residents through specialized health support skills and community-driven safety nets. Participants will experience intensive, practical training in our community centres, gaining the expertise needed to transition from unemployment to becoming skilled caregivers who can earn and live with dignity.

Why It Matters.
Employment should be accessible to all, yet many continue to face significant barriers in the healthcare sector:
